This page shows the basic status of ClaudeU website, sign-in, payment, download, and Desktop authorization paths. If something looks wrong, check status first and contact support with an order ID or request ID.

Operational
Email sign-in
Email-code sign-in is used for the user center and Desktop authorization.
Recharge and orders
Recharge, order status, and receipt downloads follow payment confirmation and account records.
Desktop authorization
After web sign-in, the current account can be authorized back to ClaudeU Desktop.
Download service
The download list shows release time, size, and SHA256 checksum.
Operating record
Public maintenance records are kept from 2025-11 onward and continue through Changelog and announcements.

Incident handling
The status page does not replace account review. Specific order and usage questions still follow user-center records.
- When payment is processing, keep the order ID and avoid immediate duplicate purchases.
- Balance, order, and usage issues can be reviewed through support.
- Do not send login codes, full card details, or sensitive credentials by email.
